Enhance your cuisine with the smokiness of our Mediterranean Smoked Sea Salt. We give this coarse salt a bath for 24 hours in our hardwood blend of "cold smoke" to give it that light mahogany color and intense smoky flavor and smell. This is the very same salt we have been using at all of the #Beefer 1,500 grill demonstrations across the country last year...this is the only seasoning we use to "finish" the steaks.
